• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Support management in performance management and staff development
• Ensure company compliance with labour regulations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in Human Resource Management
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance procedures
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to manage staff records, contracts, and disciplinary processes
