Our company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic graduates to fill the following trainee positions.

Human Resource Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure the timely submission of statutory monthly returns (NAPSA, ZRA, and NHIMA).
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR database systems.
• Implementing disciplinary procedures and performance management processes in accordance with the Employment Code Act of Zambia.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A valid and current practicing license issued by the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory.
