Background
Sbeity Computer Limited is seeking suitably qualified, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team in the following positions:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, notices, and other correspondence.
- Assist with attendance, leave, disciplinary and performance records.
- Support payroll preparation and other HR-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour requirements.
- Assist in addressing employee relations and workplace matters.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
General Requirements

- Be Zambian citizens or hold valid permission to work in Zambia.
- Be honest, hardworking, reliable, and professional.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Be available to work according to company requirements.
