We are hiring an experienced and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Lusaka.

The ideal candidate will support end‑to‑end HR operations while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and efficient HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for all positions across the organization.
  • Coordinate driver recruitment, including maintaining a vetted pool of qualified candidates for deployment as required.

HR Administration & Records Management

  • Ensure accurate, systematic, and timely filing of all personnel documents.
  • Maintain and update employee information in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely changes to online records.

Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee welfare matters and HR-related queries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and values as outlined in the Employee Handbook and employment contracts.

Industrial Relations

  • Administer disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit HR reports, metrics, and analytics related to staffing, attendance, performance, and other people-related matters.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a business‑related field from a recognized institution.
  • Valid practicing certificate from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in an international transport or logistics environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent IT proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy and quality orientation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements

  • Age 28 years and above.
  • Willingness to work weekends and rotational public holidays when required.
