National Milling Corporation Limited
(NMC) invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated individuals for the Human Resources Intern position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee records management and filing.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Recent graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A member of ZIHRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
