Job Description:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with ZIHRM standards and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in Human Resources.
• A paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Level of Education: bachelor degree
