SOONJUST Logistics Zambia Limited is looking for a dedicated, professional, and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records.
- Process and administer NAPSA, NHIMA, and Workers’ Compensation Fund registrations and statutory compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with the Zambian Labour Laws and company policies.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and employee relations professionally.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate staff training and performance management activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience handling NAPSA, NHIMA, and Workers’ Compensation processes.
- Good knowledge of the Zambian Employment Code Act and labour regulations.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
