JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy ICT Intern to assist with various IT-related tasks and provide support to the technology team. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Assist in network maintenance and monitoring
• Support in the installation and configuration of computer systems
• Participate in routine system updates and data backup processes
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field from a ZQA-recognized institution
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and IT service tools
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Previous experience is an added advantage but not a requirement
