Responsibilities

• Maintain the resort’s network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
• Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff and guests.
• Ensure data security and perform regular system backups.
• Manage the telephone systems and audio-visual equipment for events.
