JOB DETAILS:
You have:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Certificates (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001, Microsoft, Cisco, Cybersecurity, VMware)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT technical service delivery, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of pre-sales solution design, service delivery frameworks, and post-sales technical support.
- Experience interfacing with OEMs, vendors, and technical partners.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and service management best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
