JOB DETAILS:

A service professional who affixes and positions equipment in a designated location and complete the set-up process so the equipment is ready for operation. Their primary objective is to ensure the equipment is installed in a safe manner that doesn’t present any hazards while also supporting functionality to allow for the best possible performance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Picking up job tickets for closed leads
• Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments
• Picking up FWA CPE/FTTX ONT and Installation Material from assigned stock point drive 5G HBB, FWA distribution and sales to ensure sales targets are met
• Assist with the completion of tasks within allotted time frame.
• Schedule installation with customer and review paperwork with the customers where needed
• Educate customers on the features and functionality of installed products
• Perform installation work (civil+ electrical) and take photos of installation
• Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning of routers and service
• Maintain installation tools and equipment in safe working order.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance and quality standards of sub-contractors within their infrastructure boundaries.
• Provide Reports of works done with the corresponding Time Sheet for daily submission

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

• • Minimum High School Diploma, Trade School Diploma.
• Degree in IT or Engineering (preferred)
• 1-2 years previous trade experience a plus
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Splicing and racking abilities

Relevant Experience:

• Onboarding of new clients utilizing
• Working in non-traditional spaces such as roofs or basements. Hands-on experience installing and adjusting the equipment involved is preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Customer focused
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Comfortable working at heights and off ladders
• A valid motorcycle or motorcar driver’s license
