JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various industrial instrumentation and control systems (e.g., flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level gauges, control valves, PLC I/O modules).
- Perform routine testing, inspection, and preventative maintenance on instrumentation loops to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), loop diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Configure and program instrumentation devices and basic control system parameters.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in analog and digital control circuits, 4-20mA loops, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot complex process control issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all instrumentation is calibrated to traceable standards and maintains compliance with required specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of calibrations, repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, especially when working in hazardous areas or with live process systems.
