MN8 Digital are looking for confident and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our international team. This is a customer service role with additional earning potential, rewarding those who communicate well, stay proactive, and deliver consistent quality — not something you see often in standard CS positions.
You’ll be speaking with UK-based customers, handling enquiries, providing information, and representing MN8 Digital with professionalism and clarity.
Responsibilities or duties
- Manage outbound and inbound calls with UK customers using a clear, confident, polite, professional tone.
- Provide accurate information about our services and follow up on enquiries promptly.
- Record call notes, outcomes, and actions with accuracy.
- Work closely with the wider team to maintain strong service standards.
- Hit achievable daily and weekly goals around call volume, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications or requirements
- Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and comfortable for UK customers to understand.
- Friendly communication style with strong listening skills.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls.
- Someone accountable, consistent, and comfortable working independently.
Experience needed
- Experience in customer service, call centres, or telesales is beneficial but not essential.
Any other provided details
- Stable work with an established digital company.
- Full onboarding, call scripts, training, and ongoing support.
- Performance-linked earning structure that rewards quality and consistency.
