Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of achievements in warehouse or inventory management.

- Maintain 99.9% accuracy in inventory counts and reconciliations, ensuring digital records precisely match physical stock.
- Perform regular stock audits (daily/weekly reporting) and track inventory turnover rate.
- Manage the receiving and dispatching processes, including the unloading and loading of shipments.
- Conduct thorough quality and quantity inspections of all incoming and outgoing products against relevant orders.
- Ensure efficient storage practices and strict adherence to all safety standards and protocols.
- Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound documentation.
- Accurately document and link incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain all compliance documents, incident reports, and product inspection records, ensuring all documents are audit-ready.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using digital tools and software for reporting and coordination (e.g., Dashboard Apps, accounting software, Google documents).
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of achievements in warehouse or inventory management.
- Experience in renewable energy products and systems is highly preferred.
