2. Assist in network, cloud, and security operations under supervision.
3. Gain practical knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure management.
4. Participate in hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
5. Participate in IT projects, contributing fresh ideas and learning best practices.
6. Develop your skills through mentorship, training, and on-the-job learning.

Requirements:

1. A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Networking, or related field.
2. Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking, databases, cloud systems, or cybersecurity.
3. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
4. A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a drive to build a career in IT.
6. Must be a Zambian citizen and able to work on-site in our Lusaka Offices.
