Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Assist in network, cloud, and security operations under supervision.
• Gain practical knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure management.
• Participate in hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in IT projects, contributing fresh ideas and learning best practices.
• Develop your skills through mentorship, training, and on-the-job learning.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking, databases, cloud systems, or cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a drive to build a career in IT.
• Must be a Zambian citizen and able to work on-site in our Lusaka Offices.
