Background
Grand Palace Hotel is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for various positions across multiple locations.
Detailed Description
Responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's information technology systems. Duties include ensuring the stability of the hotel's network, computer systems, and software (including the Property Management System). The IT Officer will provide technical support to staff and guests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the security of data and systems against cyber threats.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
