JOB DETAILS:
Location: Kitwe
Contract Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The IT Support Officer will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Manage data backups and recovery processes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of network administration.
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.
