Nasle Technologies is seeking a reliable and skilled IT Technician (Part-Time) to support client projects and provide ongoing IT support services. The technician will work on-site at client locations as needed and assist in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT and security systems.

• Provide IT support to clients (hardware, software, networks, printers)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
• Install and support CCTV surveillance systems
• Install and configure IP Phones and PBX systems
• Assist with installation and basic support of solar inverters and backup power systems
• Install and maintain access control systems (biometric, card, or keypad systems)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly at client sites
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance
• Provide basic user training and technical guidance to clients
• Maintain professionalism and good client relations
• Report work progress and completed tasks to management

• Computer hardware & software
• Networking (LAN, routers, switches)

• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Practical experience in IT support and field work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work part-time and on client projects
• Reliable, honest, humble and professional
• Experience with solar inverter systems (Added Advantage)
• Experience with access control systems (Added Advantage)
• Prior experience in a similar role (Added Advantage)
