Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. The Junior Accountant will assist with daily accounting tasks, support month-end closing activities, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Prepare bank reconciliations and support cash flow monitoring

Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Support audits by providing documentation and schedules as required

Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

Collaborate with senior accountants and finance managers on ad hoc projects

Accurate recording of available inventory and stock at the plant

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Must be between 25 and 32 years old

Preferred Skills

Internship or prior experience in an accounting or finance role

Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements

Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt
