Sbeity Computer Limited is seeking suitably qualified, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Assist with user accounts, system access, and basic network administration.

Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT equipment.

Assist in maintaining IT asset and equipment records.

Support CCTV, networking, POS, and other technology-related systems where required.

Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager or relevant technical team.

Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Previous experience in an IT support environment will be an advantage.
