• Stock Rotation: Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to minimize waste and maintain ingredient freshness.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain general cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
