Background

National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational milling company specialized in the manufacturing of various flour, mealie meal, stockfeed products also trades in rice and other products wishes to engage flexible and energetic persons to fill one (1) vacant position of Laboratory Intern in Lusaka.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing, sampling, and testing supplied raw materials stock ensuring to evaluate that which arrives
• Support in conducting the necessary quality inspection through analysis, sampling, testing both supplied satisfies the prescribed specifications using automated equipment, instrumentation ensuring to interpret conducted test results in an accurate manner.
• Assist in conducting random inspections of all executed tests on all in coming raw materials stock and manufactured product stock as per required quality assurance standards and specifications.
• Assist in inspecting and testing all end products samples daily according to company specifications.
• Assist collect, analyze and oversee data entry of relevant quality assurance performance indicators ensuring to record results and report to the assigned superior on a regular basis.
• Assist in maintaining quality control measures at the assigned location.

Qualifications

Interested candidates must have a full grade 12 school certificate and a Diploma in Laboratory Science/Chemistry or better.
