Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team and support our expanding land development and construction projects.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying tools
• Strong understanding of cadastral and topographical surveys
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct land and topographical surveys for property and development projects
• Establish and verify land boundaries and site measurements
• Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and legal descriptions
• Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment and software
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project execution
• Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate field notes, records, and survey documentation
• Support site planning, land subdivision, and infrastructure development projects
