CONCREATE VISION is engaged in real estate development and residential construction in Lusaka, Zambia. Our ongoing projects include Oasis Crown and Oasis Serenity. We are recruiting skilled designers who combine creative thinking, technical drawings, cost awareness and practical site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design private residential gardens, estate green spaces, pathways and outdoor recreational areas.
• Produce landscape concepts, planting plans, 3D visualizations and construction details.
• Design paving, garden lighting, planting beds, irrigation, drainage and water features.
• Select climate-suitable plants and low-maintenance, water-efficient landscape solutions for Zambia.
• Prepare material schedules, quantity estimates and budgets; supervise landscaping works and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture or related studies; at least three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to independently prepare site layouts, realistic renderings, construction drawings and BOQs.
• Knowledge of Zambian plants, paving, irrigation and landscape construction; site experience is an advantage.
• Strong cost control, coordination and practical problem-solving skills.
