Daily Road Patrol Management

Develop or optimize road patrol report templates based on the Concession Agreement and actual patrol practices.

Ensure that road patrol teams at all toll plazas conduct daily patrols in strict compliance with company procedures.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of patrol reports and ensure results are promptly shared in the designated WhatsApp reporting group.

Report Review and Consolidation

Review and record all road patrol reports submitted by toll plazas on a daily basis.

Conduct a final road condition inspection within five (5) days after the end of each month, and prepare a comprehensive monthly road patrol report for submission to the Operations Manager.

Personnel Management

Oversee the attendance, task execution, work attitude, and overall performance of route patrol drivers across all toll plazas.

Ensure the timely and proper execution of road patrols, employee transportation, lane cleaning, and vehicle washing.

Vehicle Inspections

Conduct quarterly inspections of all toll plaza vehicles, including assessments of their condition, insurance coverage, and road tax status.

Driver Assessments

Administer quarterly driving tests for all toll station drivers to evaluate their driving skills and adherence to safety protocols.

Adhoc

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

Educations：

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate

Degree or Diploma

Majors：

Road Construction, Transportation Management

Experiences：

Relevant 5 year’s experience as a driver

3 years of experience in road construction and maintenance (advantageous)

Knowledge：

Solid understanding of road safety, road maintenance, and sanitation management principles.

Familiarity with patrol procedures, reporting systems, and operational manuals.
