Responsibilities

Oversee Patrol Operations: Ensure that road patrol teams at all locations conduct daily patrols in strict compliance with company procedures .

Report Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of patrol reports and ensure results are promptly shared as required .

Conduct Monthly Inspections: Conduct a final road condition inspection within five days after the end of each month and prepare a comprehensive monthly report for management .

Manage Personnel: Oversee attendance, task execution, work attitude, and performance of patrol drivers across all locations .

Ensure Vehicle Compliance: Conduct quarterly inspections of all vehicles, including assessments of condition, insurance coverage, and road tax status .

Administer Driver Assessments: Conduct quarterly driving tests for drivers to evaluate skills and adherence to safety protocols .

Coordinate Training: Collaborate with key departments to align service standards and operational goals .
