DEPARTMENT OF FOOD SCIENCE AND DIETETICS

Position: Lecturer

Minimum Qualifications

• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related discipline.
• Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
• Valid registration and Annual Practising Licence from the relevant professional regulatory body, where applicable.
• Minimum of three (3) years' teaching experience in a higher education institution or relevant industry/professional experience.
• Diploma in Teaching Methodology will be an added advantage.
