• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage)
• 2. Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology (PGDT)
• 3. Proven teaching experience at college or university level is an added advantage
• 4. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• 5. A mindset for innovation, impact, and continuous improvement
