MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be Accredited with TEVETA
• For Diploma Programs: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the relevant field
• For Certificate Programs: Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field.
• A Teaching Methodology or Technical Education qualification is desirable.
• At least 5 years of teaching or industry experience in the relevant field.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical lessons at certificate and/or diploma levels.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
• Conduct continuous student evaluations and maintain accurate academic records.
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional meetings.
• Carry out additional academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
