Kawambwa Sugar Limited is seeking a dedicated Liaison Officer to strengthen community relations in Kawambwa. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between the company and local stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and mutual understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders
- Facilitate smooth communication between the company and external parties
- Resolve community-related concerns and conflicts proactively
- Represent the company at community meetings and forums
- Support the implementation of community development initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Community Development, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in community liaison roles, preferably in rural environments
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bemba
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
