Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Load & Haul Supervisor to oversee daily earthmoving operations. The successful candidate will supervise operators and equipment to ensure safe, productive, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day work according to requests and schedules.
• Coordinate excavators, tlbs and other equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and toolbox talks are conducted
• Monitor targets given by client and equipment utilisation
• Manage operators on shift and provide on-the-job guidance
• Report production, breakdowns, and safety issues to management
• Liaise with maintenance and site management teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Load & Haul / Mining / Earthmoving Supervisor
• Strong understanding of open-pit mining operations
• Hands-on leadership style with good communication skills
• Knowledge of HME (Heavy Mining Equipment) advantage
• Strong focus on safety and productivity
• Ability to work shifts and in site conditions
• Relevant mining or supervisory certification (advantage)
