JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

The Loader Operator is responsible for operating a Front-End Loader (Wheel Loader) to load material into crusher hoppers, feed bins, or trucks. The role requires precision, speed, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading Operations: Operate the loader to move and load aggregate, overburden, or finished products.
• Feeding Crushers: Ensure consistent feeding of the crusher to prevent blockages or stoppages.
• Stockpiling: Assist in stockpiling materials and maintaining yard organization.
• Machine Care: Perform daily checks of fluids, tires, and bucket condition. Keep the machine clean and report faults.
• Safety: Adhere to site speed limits and traffic rules.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Valid operator’s license/ticket for Front-End Loader.

Grade 12 Certificate.

Experience needed

Minimum 3 years of experience operating a loader in a mine or construction site.

Ability to work long hours and on shift rotations.
