JOB DETAILS:

Century Loans is seeking to hire an individual to join the company as a Loan Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, processing, and servicing loans to individual and/or business clients. This role requires strong customer service, sales, and analytical skills. The Loan Officer will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and guide them through the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Interview and assess loan applicants to determine their eligibility to access loans.
• Prepare loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Collect loan payments and resolve customer inquiries.
• Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks.
• Assist customers with loan modifications or resigning as needed.
•  Promote loan products and services to potential customers.
• Meeting loan and sales targets that have been set.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
