Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential clients for loan products.
• Assess loan applications and evaluate customers’ financial capacity.
• Conduct client visits and verify information provided in loan applications.
• Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Promote the company’s products and services through sales and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis and credit assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of customer service principles.
