Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in microfinance and lending? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities or duties
- Market and sell the company's loan products.
- Identify and recruit new clients, particularly government employees.
- Assess and process loan applications in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor loan repayments and support collection efforts.
- Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with all credit and operational procedures.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Minimum Diploma in any Business-related course.
- Strong understanding of government payroll deduction systems.
- Knowledge of microfinance credit procedures and lending processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Experience needed
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in direct sales, particularly targeting government employees.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
