WE'RE NEW BRANCH OPENING! Along Great East Rd LOANS HIRING! Hospital, Lusaka near Levy Mwanawasa Opposite Levy LOAN OFFICERS Mwanawasa Hospital, near Don Gordon Nursery School. ZATU LOANS SOLUTIONS Zatu Loans Solutions is expanding! We're opening a new branch opposite Levy Mwanawasa Hospital, near Don Gordon Nursery School. We need 3-4 driven, trustworthy Loan Officers to grow with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Acquisition - Find and onboard new clients in Chelstone, Matero, Chaisa + surrounding areas through field visits & referrals
• Client Service - Attend to walk-in clients at branch, explain loan products clearly and professionally
• Risk Assessment - Evaluate applications, verify collateral, and assess repayment risk before approval
• Loan Monitoring - Send reminders, follow up on repayments, and ensure smooth collections
• Process Management - Handle loan files from application to disbursement to closure with accuracy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Grade 12 + Diploma/Certificate in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years microfinance/banking/sales experience preferred. Driven fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills + must be comfortable with fieldwork daily
• High integrity - you'll handle cash, files, and client trust
• Knows Levy/Mutendere/Kaunda Square/Chelstone and other surrounding areas is an advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
