We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hotel, ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead the team and drive profitability and growth.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management role.
- Strong leadership, people management and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting and financial management.
- Customer service oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and problem-solving skills.
