About the Logistics Technical Trainee Program
The Logistics Technical Trainee role immerses you in the core functions of the Logistics department, offering hands-on experience through four-month rotational cycles across different teams. The program follows the 70-20-10 learning model, where 70% of knowledge is gained through challenging projects, 20% through developmental relationships, and 10% through formal training and coursework. Throughout the program, you will engage with senior leaders and participate in robust evaluations to track your progress and readiness for each rotation.
Successful completion of at least eight months of continuous growth in this program prepares you to apply for permanent roles within AB InBev Africa, paving the way for a promising career in logistics.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

- Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ambitious, bold, and resilient with a strong drive to achieve results.
- A sense of ownership and commitment to making a meaningful impact.
