Position: Lorry Mate

Location: Lusaka

Contract: One (1) Year – Renewable based on performance

Remuneration: Commission-based with a base salary

Reporting to: Driver Salesman

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the driver/salesman with daily delivery operations.

Load and offload products safely and correctly.

Help check delivery notes, invoices, and quantities of goods.

Ensure products are delivered to the correct customers.

Assist with cash handling or returns as instructed by the driver/salesman.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the lorry at all times.

Help secure goods to prevent damage during transportation.

Follow National Breweries rules, safety procedures, and instructions.

Report any damages, shortages, or issues to the driver/salesman.

Provide courteous and respectful service to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be literate (able to read and write).

Must be able to follow instructions.

Must have a Grade 12 Certificate.

Physically fit and able to handle manual work.

Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Ability to work as part of a team.
