We are currently recruiting for the following positions based in Lusaka:
LUSAKA CRM SPECIALIST (x3)
- Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and service history.
- Input, clean, and analyze customer data to generate actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation profiles to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and follow up on feedback to improve service delivery.
- Train staff on CRM usage, data entry standards, and reporting functionalities.
- Generate regular CRM performance reports, including lead conversion rates and customer retention metrics.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for upgrades or fixes.
