LUSAKA CRM SPECIALIST (x3)

• Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and service history.
• Input, clean, and analyze customer data to generate actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation profiles to support targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and follow up on feedback to improve service delivery.
• Train staff on CRM usage, data entry standards, and reporting functionalities.
• Generate regular CRM performance reports, including lead conversion rates and customer retention metrics.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for upgrades or fixes.
