Progressive Poulty Limited. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain hatchery equipment including incubators, hatchers, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and egg-turning schedules are maintained.
• Conduct regular cleaning and disinfection of machines and hatchery rooms.
• Assist in loading, candling, and transferring eggs between incubators and hatchers.
• Record operational data and report any faults or irregularities promptly.
• Undertake other duties deemed appropriate for the role

Qualifications & Requirements

• Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of One (1) year of experience working with hatchery machinery or any machinery in the same field.
• Entry Level Position.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks.
• Must be hardworking, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Knowledge of biosecurity and safety practices in poultry operations is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Lusaka West and work night shifts.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment.

Other Details

Remuneration: 3k to 4K Gross pay monthly.
