Background

Progressive Poultry Limited T/A TigerChicks Limited is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain hatchery equipment including incubators, hatchers, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and egg-turning schedules are maintained.
• Conduct regular cleaning and disinfection of machines and hatchery rooms.
• Assist in loading, candling, and transferring eggs between incubators and hatchers.
• Record operational data and report any faults or irregularities promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with hatchery machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks.
• Must be hardworking, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Knowledge of biosecurity and safety practices in poultry operations is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Previous experience as a machine attendant.

Remuneration

3k to 4k gross monthly.
