Progressive Poultry Limited T/A TigerChicks Limited is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Responsibilities or duties

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Respond promptly to electrical faults and maintenance requirements to minimize downtime.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work and report any major issues to management.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising and managing a maintenance team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Experience needed

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in electrical maintenance.
