We are looking for skilled HVAC/Electrical Technicians to support cooling, heating, and electrical systems across the camp.
Job Description
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC & electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, and boilers
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, and control systems
- Conduct energy efficiency checks and recommend improvements to reduce energy consumption
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts and supplies
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operations of facilities
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all maintenance and repair activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices
- Participate in on-call rotations to address after-hours emergencies as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in HVAC or electrical engineering required
- Valid HVAC technician license and/or Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC and electrical systems maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems and energy management
- Familiarity with local and national building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Experience working in hospitality or remote locations is a plus
