Job Overview
Our client, a reputable private primary school in Lusaka, is seeking a qualified, disciplined, and results-driven Male Primary School Teacher to join their academic team. This role is ideal for a professional educator who is passionate about learner development, curriculum delivery, and classroom excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, learner-centered lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Maintain a structured, engaging, and positive classroom environment
- Assess learner performance and provide timely academic feedback
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learner progress reports
- Participate in co-curricular and school development activities
- Uphold professional teaching standards and ethical conduct
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Primary Education
- Minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience in a private primary school
- Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills
- Professional, committed, and results-driven
