Whispering Waters Limited, a Zambian-registered conglomerate, is inviting applications for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Venue Manager to lead the Mary Florence Nyirenda Events Place—one of Lundazi’s most dynamic hospitality and recreation destinations.

About the Venue
The Mary Florence Nyirenda Events Place offers a unique, multi-experience environment, including:
- Event Hall for weddings, conferences, and celebrations
- Swimming Pool
- Modern Children’s Playground
- Restaurant with outdoor seating
- Tiki Bar with umbrella-covered lounge areas
Key Responsibilities
As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for driving both strategic growth and day-to-day excellence:
- Grow revenue and overall profitability across all business lines
- Increase event bookings and customer foot traffic
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery
- Lead and manage a diverse team (kitchen, waitstaff, pool attendants, security, janitorial, bookkeeping)
- Design and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage repeat business
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate who combines operational discipline with entrepreneurial vision:
- 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or business management
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue or manage a business unit
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
- Financial acumen and marketing capability are strong advantages
