Crown Peak Games Limited, a fast-growing gaming and entertainment company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Operations Officer to join our team in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Coordinate radio, television, digital, and activation campaigns.
• Manage social media content and community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Operations

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth business processes.
• Coordinate with technical, customer service, and field teams.
• Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Assist in managing promotions, activations, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, operations, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be proactive, organized, and results-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

• Must possess a valid driver’s licence.
• Experience in the gaming, telecommunications, media, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
