JOB DETAILS:

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in marketing or distribution (especially in FMCG or tissue-related products)
• Proven track record with valid references
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, branding, and customer relations
• Knowledge of the Zambian retail and wholesale market is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote GAWAN’s brands and products
• Identify potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, etc.) and build distribution relationships
• Work with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, including field activations and social media advertising
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of promotional stock
• Prepare regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance
• Build and maintain strong brand visibility in high-traffic outlets and communities
• Supervise and support field marketers or brand ambassadors
• Provide input on packaging and presentation of new or existing products
