We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
Manage and grow HRLeverage Zambia’s social media platforms and website.
Create engaging content for digital platforms including articles, blogs, newsletters, graphics, and videos.
Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Support business development initiatives and client acquisition through targeted campaigns.
Coordinate marketing activities for the Zambia Job Expo and other corporate events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, media houses, and stakeholders.
Support sponsorship acquisition, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare press statements, media briefs, and communication materials for organisational events.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPIs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
Professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business development, or related fields.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Experience in organising and promoting exhibitions, conferences, career fairs, or Job Expos.
Experience working with corporate organisations, educational institutions, government agencies, and development partners.
Demonstrated experience in event marketing, sponsorship engagement, and stakeholder management.

Marketing strategy development and execution.
Digital marketing and content creation.
Brand management and public relations.
Event marketing and coordination.
Stakeholder relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
